Pine County Courts With Dockets
Pine County has one local state trial court for the case types covered here: Pine County District Court. Minnesota does not place Pine County civil, family, probate, juvenile, criminal, or traffic matters in a separate county court, justice court, or municipal court system. The District Court sits in Pine City and belongs to the Tenth Judicial District. The district administration office serves Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Pine, Sherburne, Washington, and Wright counties, but it does not hear Pine County cases.

Read Pine County Docket Labels
Docket labels are short because the court calendar is built for scheduling. Arraignment is a criminal hearing where charges are addressed and a plea may be entered. An omnibus hearing is a Minnesota criminal pretrial hearing that can address probable cause and evidence issues. A pre-trial hearing is a case-management event before trial. A plea hearing may resolve a criminal matter if the defendant enters a plea and the court accepts it.
Probate and family dockets can look different from criminal entries. A probate entry may use a decedent, ward, or petitioner connection type. A family entry may connect to a petitioner, respondent, attorney, or child-support office. Eviction hearings are civil housing matters. Review hearings can appear after an earlier order when the court needs to check compliance or case status.

Pine County Docket Limits
Not every Pine County court docket is public online. Confidential cases and cases not remotely accessible under Rule 8, subdivision 2 are not posted on the public calendar. MCRO remote access also omits or limits certain case types and fields. Domestic abuse Orders for Protection, Harassment Restraining Orders, civil commitment documents, some juvenile records, and other restricted matters may be unavailable through online hearing or case search tools.
